Attributions of the Directorate General

The Directorate General of Multilateral Relations and Global Co-operation is in charge of :

- Knowing and handeling,  without prejudice to the provisions concerning the Directorate of Cultural and Scientific Co-operation, all the external relations of Morocco with the United Nations Organization and all the Institutions  and Organizations that come under it,  on the one hand and  with Organizations and Governemental and non-Governemental international Conferences on the other hand.

- Ensuring the implementation of the diplomatic action within the framework of the relations with the above-mentioned Organizations and the development of economic, commercial, financial, social and technical co-operation with these organizations.

-The Directorate General of Multilateral Relations and Global  Co-operation  also follows up global issues to Human Rights, Sustainable Development and social issues.

 - It is in charge of negociating multilateral international political and diplomatic agreements and coordinating negotiation of  international economic, commercial, financial, social and technical commitments.

 It ensures the following-up of the implementation of the commitments of Morocco in the fields coming under its comptence.

The Directorate General of Multilateral Relations and Global Co-operation is composed of :

- The Directorate of Multilateral Co-operation

-The Service of candidature and contributions
