A selection of hotels have been carefiully made to ensure your entire satisfaction. The participants in the Conference are invited to carry out their reservations directly with the Agency Altitude Voyages accredited for this purpose, and which negotiated preferential rates for the Conference.

Shuttle services are placed gracefully at the disposal of the participants from the hotels to the Conference site.

Transfers
At the airports, you will find a welcome & information desk  to assist you. A service of paying transfer (in individual cars) is proposed by our accredited travel agency. If you are willing to apply for airport pick up, please contact the travel agency to communicate your flight plan :

The participants who will have confirmed an airport pick up with  the agency will be awaited by a driver planned for this purpose. Those who did not,  will on the spot find our hostesses in order to assist them in their displacement to their hotel.

Train Shuttle
As from the airport of Casablanca you will be able to go by train to Rabat, we invite you to consult the official site of the ONCF: www.oncf.ma

Communication
You can easily buy a telephone card from  many shops through all the country. Moreover, there are many phone boots or shops which offer services of communication to reasonable fares.

Confirmation of your return flight  
We invite you to deposit your tickets at  the welcome desk in your respective hotels. Our agents will be given the responsability to confirm your flight of return and will then deposit your tickets in your room racks

Insurrance
Before your arrival, please make sure that you have a sickness insurance, hospitalization and accident valid for Morocco. Pharmacies and any medical services are easily available through the country. However, if your health requires a detailed attention please inform us before your arrival.

Money
The local currency is the Moroccan Dirham . On average, 1 Euro is equivalent to 11 Dirhams

Bank services
Most international credit cards  such as ( Visa, Mastercard or Amex) can be used in Morocco. The automatic teller machines are largely available.

Tips
In the restaurants and coffees, it is common to leave a tip of 10%.

Transportation 
We will ensure the transportation from your hotel the site of the Conference, as well as the return to the hotel.
 There are various services of transportation in Morocco, although public transport is effective and covers a very broad geographical area. We recommend the services of taxis : You can order a taxi by phone in Rabat, Tel.: 037 720518. In addition, they run all on the meter and are reliable.

Clothing.
Rabat is a multicultural city which is accustomed to various clothing and life styles. Thus, there is no really vestimentary restriction

Meteo 
One has to expect that time is hot and slightly cool at night. Although it is probable that time is very changing, the weather will be certainly wet.

Electricity
In Morocco, the tension is 220 W. The double continental catches are usable.

Food
The Water of the tap is perfectly drinkable. Nevertheless, for stays of short duration like yours, we advise you the mineral water out of bottle. Otherwise, Morocco offers a variety of local and international food and drinks. If you have a preference or constraints of a dietetic nature, please do inform us  before your arrival
