RECEPTIONS AND MEALS

All members of the delegations are invited to the following official meals:

- A dining cocktail will be offered at the end of the first conference day, on Tuesday 16 December 2003.

- An official dinner for closing the works will be offered by Mr. Mohamed BENAÏSSA, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Meeting halls and other rooms

The Conference will be held in the Marrakech Congress Center (Palais des Congrès).

The inaugural session, plenary sessions, and closing session will take place in the Royal room located at the ground floor of the Palais des Congrès.

Round tables will take place in the Ambassadors’ room located at the floor –1 of the Palais des Congrès.

Two work rooms, KARAM rooms, are located at the floor –1 and will be booked for work teams.

Media space will be located at the ASNI space, at the ground floor of the Palais des Congrès.

Internet space will be located at the AGDAL space at the ground floor of the Palais des Congrès. Internet connection will be open from 08 h 00 to 22 h 00 throughout the Conference.

Accreditations

Badges are given to delegates at the reception-accreditation space at the entrance hall of the Palais des Congrès on the following days and hours:

Sunday 14th December from 14 h 00 to 18 h 00

Monday 15th December from 08 h 00 to 18 h 00

Tuesday 16th December from 08 h 00 to 18 h 00

Wednesday 17th December from 08 h 30 to 12 h 00

Conference Secretariat

The Conference Secretariat, located at the floor –1 in the room Reda 3, is open to delegates all along the Conference, for Secretariat works. Other services offered include:
